PAMOVA Cymru work directly with UK NHS Trusts to develop policy and strategy related to conflict management. In line with this policy development PAMOVA Cymru also train staff in various aspects of conflict resolution and violence reduction. This partnership means that the organisation is at the forefront of staff development in healthcare in the UK. Along side these processes PAMOVA Cymru also consult with NHS Trusts around the country to develop new and innovative approaches to managing challenging behavior in identified individuals.
