Conflict Resolution in the Workplace

Conflict Resolution, is conceptualised as the methods and processes involved in facilitating the peaceful ending of conflict.  Ultimately, a wide range of methods and procedures for addressing conflict exist, including but not limited to, negotiation, mediation, diplomacy, and creative peace building.  In healthcare, education and social care sectors, conflict resolution is often the first stage in violence reduction.  It addresses conflict situations by offering non-physical approaches to managing risk behaviours.
